[Ipg-smz] Microsoft and Novartis team up to create new drugs

I am working on an article on the subject. Several other companies and
organizations are engaged in this kind of work. I don't think that the
Gates and Melinda Foundation is involved here. Microsoft's Azure has
entered into a commercial relationship for data analytics.
