[Ipg-smz] Toxic email. My apologies.

I forwarded on a message to SMZ that I probably shouldn't have, subject 
line "Balfour Beatty".

I almost instantaneously got the following from Evan Schuman:

Not sure, but something about what you sent freaked out my AV software. 
The subject line was changed for me to “Message has been disinfected.”

  Treat it as toxic!!! Reason I was asking about it was I was already 
suspicious.
