Google claims it both has and hasn't exceeded IBM in quantum computer supremacy.

 

  IBM retorts that it both hasn't and has exceeded Google in quantum computer supremacy.

 

    Google replies, that it both has, hasn't, and never will exceed IBM in quantum computer supremacy.

 

       IBM replies that is hasn't, has, never will, and is incapable of exceeding Google in quantum computer supremacy.

 

          Google replies that it is both incapable and capable of quantum computer supremacy over IBM.

 

                IBM replies that it is very dizzy. Very, very dizzy.
