I enthusiastically agree with Tom’s point. But I have to quarrel with his wording.
The term moonlight specifically refers to doing other gigs while maintaining a full-time role. That’s the whole point. They are asking that no side gigs happen before they are even offering a full-time role. That’s the big problem.
