Could I pay you to make a package that had all the stuff we need to make a
fresh install of appium?

Home brew
Npm / node
Appium
Appium doctor
Carthage
A bunch of small utilities that you npm install or brew install

?

Needs to work on Mac but Linuxy tools should be okay. Mac has the Mach
kernel but this style of packaging should be okay.
