[Ipg-smz] Facebook is bad for your mental health

Besides the usual mixed blessings of staying in touch with otherwise
distant friends and family, Facebook is necessary for my business. I
need all the readers I can get. After Google, Facebook is week in and
out my single largest traffic driver. 

Yes, Facebook can be annoying but for me it's necessary.
