Well aware of Mr. Rossman's YouTube videos.  It appears he specializes
in Apple laptops.  Another YouTube personality specializes in iPhone repair.

Me, I now shun Apple products.  Now, I appreciate the business model
that Apple has adopted, but I also deplore how they treat customers.

Since when it is impossible to move an industry-standard hard drive to
another system?  That's what she was told when she purchased a new
system but could't get a hard drive swap...or purchase a USB case for
the old drive.

I ran into a similar problem with a brand new iPad.  I was needing a
professional audio dongle for it, but the Apple store "didn't carry it."
 They referred me to Guitar Center.  Not even an offer to order this
Apple-branded accessory.

I'd be fired from $DAYJOB if I provided the same awful service to
customers.  In a heartbeat.
