[Ipg-smz] Steve Ballmer's philanthropic interests

Along those lines, I was at a talk in Qatar last 
week about Bill Gates' other nonprofit, Global 
Good, and heard concerns from a reporter from 
West Africa that Gates would parachute in 
technology or ownership of said technology to 
Africa and thus quash any entrepreneurial 
initiatives to solve the same problems in 
developing countries that Global Good purports to solve.
