[Ipg-smz] Steve Ballmer's philanthropic interests

Ballmer has recently been saying nothing but good about Linux and open 
source.

Ballmer is, of course, still the single larges shareholder of Microsoft, 
so I imagine that his change of heart is brought about by his own 
economic reality, not that Microsoft is dependent of Linux and open 
source. Just guessing, however.
