Yup, I've seen that before, don't necessarily disagree. But there are 
times to assert 5th Amendment rights and times to cooperate; situations 
differ. Cops have a tough job so there's no point in gratuitously making 
it harder just to make a point. We all might need their help and that 
might depend on someone else cooperating.

My original point was simply that there are 18,000 law enforcement 
agencies in the country and hundreds of thousands of sworn officers. 
Agencies differ as do officers.
