Pair.com, who I use for email, web site, Wordpress, etc., offers mailing
GNU Mailman lists as part of accounts.

pairList is pair Networks' mailing list service that runs on the GNU
Mailman software. You can use pairList to send email newsletters or to set
up mailing lists that allow for comments from subscribers.
----
I'm currently paying less than $20/month (probably closer to or slightly
above including the Software Installation Manager ("SIM) that includes
Wordpress, etc.) (and that doesn't include domain names), and can have up
to 10 mailing lists. (I'm curently not doing any.) I don't see a "how many
names on a list" but I'm sure IPG is within limits.
The least-cost account is $5.95/month, so under $10 including the SIM, and
(I just called and asked) you get up to five mailing lists for that price.
(This account could probably also handle an IPG site, either as HTML or
WordPress, even.)
If (we) are going to use Pair, ping me first, and I'll get/generate a
referral coupon code which does something, either for the new customer, me
or both.
