[Ipg-smz] Copy-editin'/website rebuildin'

My dear heart has been dealing with the problem of people "building
empires" out of people, hardware, or knowledge for years. Devops means
breaking up those little fiefdoms, focusing on the good of the whole rather
than what the individual.

Just a thought.
