[Ipg-smz] Great misspellings of your name?

Our family's name story: My grandparents' U.S. name was Novick (not quite
what it was in Europe, but never mind). When my uncle, who at the time
spoke only Yiddish, started elementary school, his name was put in the
books as Novack. And that, for the rest of his life, was his last name --
and is the last name of his kids and grandkids.
