[Ipg-smz] PayPal bans Hacker News

The magic of the original paypal was that it could detect fraud when other
companies (amex etc) could not. Thus making one email addr to another
transfers viable.
The decision they made was to rather guess on the side of too many false
fraud accusations vs not enough. If you think about the nature of something
like hacker news, you have to expect a lot of odd-looking international
transfers.
So paypal isn't a fit for hackernews. Okay.
The great irony of this is the small business that luuvs paypal that
succeeds could start to look like hackernews.
That is a problem, indeed.
