[Ipg-smz] HELP! New Google Pixel 3a won't receive texts ...

Thanks Richi,
I pointed him to Signal first and then didn't follow up with your
suggestion. My bad on that, that was a mistake. Though he did say he
"turned off iMessage" which seems to be the gist of what the Apple support
page had suggested, but the end result was he was not receiving even more
texts.
Let's just say ... mistakes were made. And hopefully lessons learned.
