So far, 30Hz and 4K is fine for me, and I'm not a gamer or a video
editor. Four yr old Samsung

My home video display is a 50" 4K, 120Hz refresh rate, but it's only
occasionally watched. $277 on sale, a Toshiba.

The Lenovo laptops I use are largely miserable if tenable. They're also
cheap and have survived having to live with me. No mean feat.
