[Ipg-smz] New Job Question: Trial Period to Full Time Staffer

This is a delightfully simple solution.

Will keep in mind for the future. I eventually convinced the editor to let
me keep my freelance clients during the trial period.

So, know I'm just working like a dog with all the new work coming across my
desk.
