[Ipg-smz] Can anybody recommend a good computer chair with good lumbar support?

I was having lower spine twinges. I started planking - three reps of about
30 seconds, with about 20 seconds in between. (An interval time app for my
phone was useful to set the timing.) No more spine issues. YMMV
