[Ipg-smz] Asymmetrical Mergers

Jason, I can’t think of one right now, but you should look at the pharmaceutical industry. I remember reading of a couple of mergers there in which a larger and smaller company merged and the resulting company took on the smaller’s persona (and location) for tax reasons. I did a quick Google search for “Reverse Merger” and found these on the first page:
