On a very related note, I saw an editor's note from a favorite newsletter
this morning (the newsletter is Inside Apple) and it's a reference to the
holiday, with a very impressive reach to draw the connection between the
holiday and the newsletter. That said, it was a nice reach.
THE EDNOTE: "Today is Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish new year, which is relevant
to Inside Apple for two reasons. First is that this issue was pre-written
yesterday (and there will be no issue tomorrow, because Im out observing
the holiday). The second is this: Guess what the key symbolic food of Rosh
Hashanah is? Apples! So Jews may not be using our Apple devices on this
holiday, but dont worry, we have plenty of apples."
