Fellow Guilders,

Mine's gone. My daughter survived the bug. When Minneapolis opens, 
she'll be back at work. Her travel schedule, vicious, is on hold. Her 
mgmt is undecided about whether or not to let people continue at home, 
if antibodies confers immunity, or what. Their inventories are way down. 
If they don't resume production, it's a problem. This is where line of 
business software, and diverse international supply chain control either 
works, or it doesn't.

As they sell to automakers as well as retailers, life is not amusing for 
them right now. New code is being written to revise formulas, re-cost 
everything, deal with supply chain restarts, and 
incrementally-implemented varying international market controls, along 
with supply and demand.

The IT biz, she guesses, will only go up. But for today, she has two 
healthy children bouncing around their house, gleefully, and 
comparatively without worry.
