more than approach to the pandemic as such, what we should all search
for in the crystal ball is wether the EU (DE, FR, IT..) approach to a
sociopolitical crisis that was due anyway and COVID19 only
**anticipated** and (maybe) increased, NOT created, will be
successful. Same for every other country, I guess.

and this in a moment when as many people as possible will try go back
from transit to private car, for fear of infection. Or maybe not, as
street construction/ maintenance are are much, much easier to do
safely with the virus than, say, running a restaurant, or anything
indoor for that matter.
