[Ipg-smz] Strange PDF file problem

I'm with Tom.  "Export as PDF" should be your first instinct in
mollification of troublesome PDF instances (and they're out there in
abundance).

I personally suspect multiple defects, including the E*Trade output *and*
the exception-handling in your printer driver.  Feel free to tell E*Trade
that you know a guy who'll explain to them what they need to do to
eliminate this error, if they claim inability to fix it on their side.
