[Ipg-smz] Payment Schemes and Incentives

I have had many payment schemes placed before me over the years, but the
one that has won my loyalty is a guarantee, with incentives.

In the 1990s I was paid per article, when I wasn't (briefly) earning a
salary.
In the 2000s I was paid per page view, 1 cent per view. But I don't know
that publishers can get that anymore.
In the current decade I've been happy with a monthly guarantee. It has
incentives I don't worry about meeting, and it makes for a comfortable
ride.

Of course, I have a wife with a good job. <g>
