[Ipg-smz] Facebook is bad for your mental health

I quit Facebook 2 years ago and am dramatically happier without it.
I'd been an early adopter and was enthusiastic about using it for staying
in touch w/friends/family/colleagues for years. But I also pay close
attention to how social media platforms (and publications, tv shows, etc.)
make me feel, and I couldn't get away from the feeling that it was doing
more harm to my mental health than good. Maybe I miss an occasional
announcement because I'm not on Facebook, but I can't think of anything I
missed that honestly mattered in my life or made me reconsider my decision
to quit it.
